Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SENSEI platform (“the Service”), operated by Grow Sensei, S.L. (“SENSEI”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

SENSEI is a coaching platform powered by artificial intelligence aimed at teams and organizations. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features to improve the Service, notifying you when changes substantially affect your use.

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• Be responsible for activity carried out from your account.

When using SENSEI, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts or data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the Service's code.
• Introduce malware, scripts or content that may harm the platform or other users.
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory content.

5.1 General conditions. Some plans require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and conditions are detailed at the time of purchase.

5.2 14-day trial guarantee. Any user purchasing the Individual Plan for the first time is entitled to a 14 calendar-day trial period from the sign-up date. During this period, if not satisfied, they may request a full refund (100%) of the amount paid, with no need to justify the reason. This guarantee applies to the user's first sign-up and only once.

5.3 Cancellation and refund within the trial period. If the user cancels within 14 calendar days of sign-up, SENSEI will automatically process the full refund, with no additional express request required. If the user requests a refund within that period without having cancelled, SENSEI will process the refund and automatically cancel the subscription in the same act. The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

5.4 Outside the trial period. After the 14 calendar days have elapsed, amounts paid are non-refundable, unless applicable law states otherwise, or SENSEI confirms a technical failure attributable to the platform that prevented normal access to or use of the Service, in which case a refund proportional to the affected period will be assessed. Cancellation after the 14 days takes effect on future charges, but does not create a right to a refund of fees already paid.

5.5 Plans with annual prepayment. If the Individual Plan is purchased with annual prepayment and the user cancels after the 14-day trial: in the event of a confirmed technical failure (5.4), the full amount is refunded and the subscription is cancelled immediately; otherwise, the subscription is cancelled going forward at renewal, but the user retains access until the end of the annual period already paid. No proportional refund is made for the remaining unused months.

The Service, its software, design, logos and content are owned by SENSEI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

The content you contribute to the Service remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service to you.

We treat the conversations and data you share with SENSEI as confidential. Read our Privacy Policy for more details on how we protect your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENSEI will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided “as is”, without implied warranties beyond those required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time from the product settings. We reserve the right to deny the trial guarantee described in clause 5.2 if we detect a pattern of repeated sign-ups and cancellations aimed at obtaining refunds repeatedly.

We may update these terms when necessary. We'll publish the current version on this page and indicate the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless applicable law establishes another mandatory forum.
